The 2025-26 annual College Credit Plus (CCP) meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 14th at 5:30pm in the high school cafeteria. All new CCP students for the 2025-26 school year should plan to attend with their parents. It is also strongly encouraged for returning CCP students and their parents.
Marion Technical College will also host a College Credit Plus meeting on Tuesday, February 18th at 6pm in the Health Technologies Auditorium.
GENERAL COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS (CCP) INFORMATION
The following items were shared at the January 31, 2024 CCP meeting and should be viewed annually by participating CCP students and parents.
All College Credit Plus students (both at Pleasant and on campus) must complete a new Letter of Intent form each school year. This must be completed by April 1, 2025. 3)

https://www.mtc.edu/apply.html ***choose "College Credit Plus Student". Students must have a 3.0 GPA or college ready score in the area of English (18), Reading (22), or Math (22) on the ACT; other ACT subject scores may be required for certain classes (Ex. English, Math, Engineering). Additional placement testing may be needed for certain subjects.
*MTC students who took a class the previous school year, do NOT need to reapply.
If placement testing is needed, the Accuplacer may be taken at Marion Tech free of charge. Please bring a form of ID. An equivalent college ready score must be achieved on the Accuplacer.

Inform Mrs. Webb when you have applied so the Counselor Recommendation Form can be completed and emailed to OSU with a high school transcript.
